Judge orders video in Robert Kraft's massage parlor case to be destroyed - Patriots Wire

On Friday, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft stepped further away from the massage parlor case that transpired in February of 2019.

A Florida federal judge ruled the video of him allegedly paying for sex acts in a massage parlor must be destroyed, according to court documents collected by ESPN. The now-closed Orchids of Asia Day Spa & Massage was located in Jupiter, Fla., and the judge deemed the video was obtained through unlawful surveillance by police.

The 79-year-old was part of a larger investigation that involved massage parlors and spas where sex acts were paid for. Kraft was charged with a misdemeanor solicitation charge, but it was dropped in September after an appeals court ruled the video evidence couldn’t be used in the case.

Kraft pleaded not guilty, but he still issued a public apology when the incident occurred.
