I'm not trying to be funny here, Sheik - what would you be charged with if you were caught doing DFK at an MP? Illegal kissing? (I'm not even sure about body kissing as long as genitals aren't involved?) It seems to me that what would be illegal would be an overtly sexual act - there would have to be some sort of genital and/or anal contact for the purpose of sexual stimulation, wouldn't there? Not sure about breast contact, since there's generally a double standard vis a vis male & female breasts (although it's legal now in Ontario for a woman to be topless in public.)

Like I said just being in a place that is known to offer extras can be considered a bawdy house inmate. It doesnt mean you will get charged and even if you do its highly likely it will get tossed. Depending what area u are in.
I am a ex MPA,,so I hope this helps u out a bit.
Bottom line the realease is illegal.
Cops are fully aware of what goes on,,they are more concerned of the establishments that are not running properly. Such as non licensed spas,,girls that are performing sexual and oral acts.
Now here's where it gets a bit tricky.
In Mississauga,,,The spa's have to be licensed and so do the girls.They are aloud to offer "Topless,Nude and Nude Reverse" massages.
In Brampton,,the spa's have to be licensed,,,the girl do not. They are also aloud to offer "Topless,Nude and Nude Reverse,,Oh Yeah
Body slides as well".
Now in the GTA,,The spa's have to be licensed and so do the girls. They are aloud to offer you a massage,,as far as the extra's which I listed above,,they are not aloud to offer any of these.
(But of course they do,,inside the room) (with careful screening)lol.
