I've always wondered how often it happens where an SP wonders if her client is a board member and what his handle might be?
Here's a tip. If you don't want her to know or figure it out, it's probably best not to review an SP until several days or weeks after you see her.

Then again you might run across a gal like Lilith who is very intuitive.

I wouldn't think that members would desire to remain 'anonymous' when it comes to your handle. You don't earn rep with the girls if they don't know who you are. You won't be able to be screened by board savy SP's that may require references or a handle if you don't post, provide reviews or connect with the online community.

With visiting escorts, yes having them knowing your handle on the boards can be important or sometimes even a requirement before they'll see you.

As for the SPs at the local studios, I would advise remaining anonymous unless you've already had correspondence with them.
You might be surprised at how many girls out there despise massageplanet and PERB and it's members. Usually it's the ones who provide crappy service and don't want to be exposed.
