As reported on News Center 7 at 11, neighbors of the spa were shocked to hear they were living next to what deputies are calling a brothel.

Fancy Winebrenner, who lives nearby, watched as deputies went in and out of the spa and a handcuffed woman was escorted out.
“I look over, there’s all kinds of sheriff and everything, and they have a girl in handcuffs,” Winebrenner said.
During a search, investigators found a “substantial amount” of cash.
“I just knew it,” Winebrenner said. “I just saw was men coming in and out, in and out.”
Two people were arrested and are booked into the Montgomery County Jail on charges of promoting prostitution.
The owner of the property, Khalil Aslanov, approached News Center 7 as our reporter spoke to neighbors, asking what happened.
“They rented it as a massage place. That’s all we know. There was an official contract with them and everything,” Aslanov said.
Aslanov said he was shocked about the allegations, and will need to look for new tenants.
“Not going to sit over here and babysit what the hell they’ve got going on over here,” Aslanov said. “I guess you never know who’s who these days.”
The release did not name the two arrested however, online jail records show that Hong Li and Xiuling Ke were arrested on Nordic Road Friday afternoon.
We will continue to follow this story.
