Mandan massage parlor owner pleads not guilty to promoting prostitution charge - KFYR-TV

MANDAN, N.D. (KFYR) - A Mandan massage parlor owner pleaded not guilty to promoting prostitution and practicing massage without a license charges in court today.

According to police records, officers arrested 71-year-old Wiemen Peng on March 18 after they received reports of women performing sexual acts on some of the customers at Relax Body Work Spa.

Police say customers told them they paid โ€œtipsโ€ to the women in exchange for sexual favors.

Pengโ€™s bond was set at $15,000. His jury trial is scheduled for July 10th.
