DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. —
A man accused of inappropriately touching a woman during a massage is out of jail and back at work.
WFTV confronted Liang Liu Monday, who was back at work at the Dream Health Massage parlor in the Volusia Mall.
On Monday evening, Liu gave Channel 9's Ryan Hughes a tour of the business, where the victim said the crime happened.
Hughes said Liu appeared to have difficulty understanding English, but showed Hughes around the business.
The Daytona Beach woman told Hughes that she wanted a tranquil setting to relieve some stress on Saturday, but she said she had a rude awakening the Dream Health Massage.

"(Massage) gets your mind in the right place, and this did not get my mind in the right place at all," the woman said.
*
Daytona Beach police arrested Liu after he was accused of inappropriately touching the woman during a 60-minute massage.
*
The woman said when Liu began to touch her in an inappropriate fashion, she told him to stop.
*
"I said, 'No, *you don't massage there.* I don't want you to massage there,'" she said.
*
She said he reacted with dismay and confusion.
*
"And he put his fingers up to his mouth. He said, 'No, no, I do for you. It's beautiful,'" she told Hughes.
*
She said she ran out of the mall and flagged down a mall security officer, who she said offered no help.
*
She then called her boyfriend, who called 911.
*
"And I advise you to send a couple of officers there or you might as well send the coroner there," the boyfriend told the 911 dispatcher.
*
The woman who said she was touched inappropriately said she still can't believe it happened at the mall.
*
"This is the mall.* The birthday train -- kids are having their birthday parties right outside there," she said.
Hughes check the Florida Department of Health's website and found no violations against Dream Health Massage.
*
Liu is charged with battery.
*
The woman told Hughes that she is considering legal action.
