This seems to be a new place, never reviewed here. Close to Asian lotus, but on the south side of Highway 40, on Hymus east of Des Sources (where Boul. Henri-Bourassa crosses over the 40, it becomes Hymus Blvd).
I went there on a late weekend evening, called before to make an appointment. I was received by Alice (chinese or japanese), she asked me if I want the massage on the table or on a mattress, I chose the latter. Very big room with standard shower and a big sport mattress (not a bed matelas or a futon) which was very comfortable.
The problems started quickly after the beginning: phone calls !!!! [mad] At least 3 of them, each time she had to get out of the room to talk. After the third one she tells me she has to go because of some personal matter (to respect her I don't specify what she told me exactly). So the massage was quite lifeless until that third phone call, and when she told me she had to go, I was just about to get up, get dressed and get out of there.
But then she tells me that Sophia (or Sophie, a chinese) will take her place, so I remained horizontal. The massage took a more exciting path.
After the flip, Sophie asks me what I want ... I opted for her thai because I was in the mood for that. Then asks me what I want to give her and she corrected my offering for a higher fee (100 or 120 sorry can't remember exactly) which I accepted, as she told me she gave a very special thai completely undressed !
Very sexy chinese body [woman] [rrr] , very firm, strong not thin. But then, unfortunately, she was rushing it while being very arousing, quite ''étourdissante'', moving and turning [censored]. I tried to slow her down but she's quite a little demon...
This was again a short one hour massage (probably 45 minutes total) like it happens in many other places. I only told Sophie about that as I was getting out and I got the answer I expected, that it was one hour from the beginning with the other girl with the end with her. I'm not the type to have an argument in that situation, I would only get more upset and maybe bang the door as I get out.
So most probably no repeat for me at MAXI SANTÉ, annoying phone answering with the massage, switching to other girl, expensive options, rushing finish, didn't have a full one hour service. Only if I read positive future reviews, I might be tempted to go back there, especially if I read that Sophie gives a less rushing finish...

Thanks Louk for your review and letting us know what kind of greedy,rushed HJ,phone answering during the massage rip off place this is.A nudeThai massage is 80$ at top and that is given by some of the best in the buisness.
I passed by this place last week and almost went in,now you have saved me time and money with your review.Thanks again.This is what MM is all about,sharing info.

OK...now let's take a breather.

I was there too not so long ago. I will admit, I got the door)phone treatment just as described, until I put my foot down. You have to talk to the girl and say "enough is enough". The music was chinese rythmic, I prefer Zen and relaxing. Place is very clean. They give too information on the phone, they should beware. The place is next to La Source du Sexe.

Apparently, the owner is a man, who hires only young girls. The one I got was quite pretty thank you, and pretty open minded. Her massage skills were below my expectations. The place has very sizeable rooms. Price is fair, 50$ for an hour, with receipts available. Parking is very limited. Water pressure0temperature is awkward.

I think they need a few readjustments, but I wouldn't shut them off just yet. They just opened and are in need of a mentor. But definitely, if you go there, tell the girl right away you don't want her to step outside or answer the phone, or you won't take the session.

I have to admit they have flaws, but nothing which can't be corrected...yet. For your info, they are quite busy for a start up, I was refused once, due to lack of availability, and there was traffic the second time around.

Hey Cobye you may be right in saying give them another chance but why waste your time telling them how to operate and taking that chance that maybe they won't listen.You are there to relax and enjoy not deal with ignorant masseuses who couldn't care about your time.You are paying them for their time with you not answering the phones.If the boss can't hire a receptionist then why should you pay for the masseuse to be one.The boss knows the girl is answering the phone,no one else is.If the place is busy,good for them,some clients will accept anything.But will they return?My Opinion.

I was hoping for some positive reviews to convince me that I had a bad luck. But, Choquets now confirms that the masseuses at this place have a very bad way to please the clients. Maybe after months or years they will improve, but for now I will forget this place.

Definitely, Asian Lotus is the best place in that neighborhood, and not far from there, the salon on top of restaurant La Perle on St-Jean blvd is quite good also.

I tried to keep a positive attitude, to give them a chance, but I'm loosing faith rapidly in this place. First and foremost, they need someone to answer the phone and the door. Your MT shouldn't interrupt the session constantly for potential customers.

Doesn't bode well for this new joint, who unfortunately has some good qualities.

cobaye you are WAY more forgiving than me, first impressions are lasting ones and if a masseuse kept cutting a session short because mgmt is too dumb to hire a receptionist I would savage the place on the boards and never go back. The flip side to that is I respect places that treat clients like human beings, and I repeat with them and throw business their way anytime I can. MP`s can`t afford to [censored] around like this, even in the WI there are dozens of salons as competition!

This place walks the fine line of treason. Some of their receipts have bounced. Please forgive me if I have induced anyone into wasting time or money on this establishment.

I really wish i would have read the preceding comments before setting foot here. This session occured a couple of months ago but I doubt if they've improved since then.

The masseuse that I had a session with is named Leah. She is Chinese, about 30 yrs old and cute. She was the only woman working when I got there
so I went ahead with a 1 hour session. After I got cleaned up Leah started the massage, like others here my session was interrupted by phone calls. I'd guess 5 to 10 mins were shaved off my session time on account of Leah answering the phone. The finish was competently done, my main problem was Leah's insistence that she wouldn't add on extra time to our session because of the interruptions. Very poor customer service IMO.

I think I should have gone across the bridge to Lotus instead since the reviews seem promising. I have no desire to ever set foot in Maxi Sante ever again [mad] .

Alice is sweet but she is the manager there.
Frequent phone interruptions plagued my first visit there as well.
I have been back several times, and the experiences were hit/miss.
Amanda is my favorite. She is sweet and engaging. 20 years old and quite pretty. She is a talker and her matter-of-fact attitude towards the job at hand (Pun intended) is refreshing. She ususally works Thursdays and I will always pick her first.

Alice has told me that they were trying new girls there every week. I don't know where they are getting them, but stay away from the new ones! I say Natasha recently. She is a pretty black, english speaking girl, Firm B, 5'6" 120 lbs (Although Alice described her as a 19-year old Dominican, She is actually a 22 year-old Montrealer.)
Conversation was strained even though she and I are both English. Her massage was bad. I went with an $80 option. Her Thai massage was bad. Mr. Happy didn't respond well and I had to focus to get the encounter over with.
