MP Bio Break in Middle of Session

I was recently in the middle of a very nice, relaxing, 30 minute erotic session, when the MPA excused herself for a quick bio break. She came back 2 minutes later and said she drank too much water that day. I found that very strange, and given that she was doing lots of backdoor teasing, a bit scary. Please excuse my ignorance, but what does bio break exactly mean? Was it a shit, pee or barf break? I might be able to go on with the session if it were a pee break but if it were any of the other 2 choices, that would be it for me, the shrinkage that would occcur to me would take me out of the game and session.

I've had clients who need to take a pee break in the middle of a session, and it's understandable, we're only human. I would hope if I really needed a pee break, then my client would be understandable. The thing is though, if you are unsure if the MPA is clean enough or doesn't wash her hands, perhaps it's time to change your MPA Be clean, play safe.
