MP downtown, young/dundas area (approx.)

Did a couple searches on this subject, but found mostly older threads, does anyone reccomend or even know of any MP near Yonge and Dundas? Also, how much approx. is the tip? I have been reading about the 40-50 dollar door base price, and i havew also been reading about NR and BS and whatnot , but i dont need that, i just want a yank and some assplay, Whats the general tip for that on top of the 40-50 covercharge? Also, I read a thread with a guy talking about bringing latex gloves for the MPA if you want assplay, is this necessary?
