It makes you feel very welcome and comfortable and more important than you probably are when the MP Receptionist/Manager remembers you by name from previous visits. It's a nice touch and adds to the overall enjoyment and experience of your visits there. Sandy of B&S, Tia of Platinum, and Joy of SRM all know me by name now and it is a pleasure to be greeted by them and have nice pre-session conversation with them. All 3 are classy ladies. Thank you.

Sure this could be an act, but I've been to enough MP's to know when they are sincere or not. You know they are sincere when they take the time to talk to you about various topics each time you visit. These ladies do not need to be this friendly if they didn't want to be because it always comes down to how much you enjoy your session with the MPA rather than how you are greeted at the door. So, my compliments to the friendly greeters.
