My girlfriend doesn't want to introduce me to her parents?

because my ears are stretched to an inch. she said her parents wouldn't like the idea of me being so pierced and tattooed. i have my ears to an inch, my nose to a 10, and my snake bites too. but if i take them out, they'd expect to see that "me" every single time. how could i convince her parents i'm not a bad person?

Well, it sounds like she is somehow ashamed of you, or has some issues with her parents, which is her issue, not yours.
I have a lot of modifications as well (ears stretched to 1 7/8 inches, over 200 hours of tattoos), and I've never had an issue with meeting new people. Some people are taken aback by my appearance, yes, but after a few minutes of talking to me, they turn around.
Always be yourself and true to yourself and you'll be fine. If your girlfriend won't accept that and won't give you the chance to meet her parents, then perhaps she isn't right for you, and that would be her loss.
