I want to add that with the recession and all, the prices haven't really gone down like in the US, where we are experiencing a price drop in most goods and services (confirmed by Walmart). In TJ, prices are the same as it was back in 05, which is surprising because most people here in the US make less than what they did back in 05 (me included)

Can some Mexican patrons explain to me why this is the case...

It is funny you mention this. That girl, the one with the umbralla, is the longest active SG there is... I had her 10 years ago on the streets when she first came.... a lot of milage in between those legs man... as a general rule of thumb, I go for the youngest one I can find.... young = less milage....

As far as day time favorite girls went I like Tania and Yazmin just up from the Playboy club behind the food cart. Tania is a no hassle girl and Yazmin is one of the few street girls that knows what she is doing when she is on top. As for the clubs I could not believe that Adelitas had gotten so bad. They used to do 1 thing right offer silicon enhanced girls that were not afraid of being good in bed. 2 out of 3 girls were worthless when I took them to the room (one did little more than lightly kiss my rod).
For all the bad press HK gets I found it to be the best "sitting" club in the zone. For less then $10 I often spent 3 hours that club wondering where the time went. I stayed at the Espana hotel on Revolution between streets 3 and 4. Totaly girl friendly $35 sun-thur $48 fri/sat. My favorite eats Mr Pampas the brazilian barbecue $24 for all the grilled meat and salad bar you can eat (price jumps to 32 at dinner time)

Ah, you make it sound so easy, dealing with SGs. On balance, my experiences have not been all bad but they have not been anywhere near as rewarding as escorts. I guess I am going to have to try harder. I, too, like Hacienda del Santiago but never was able to get any SGs to come with me there. Please understand that I am not trying to deny your allegations. ("I call bullshit," is the catch phrase often used on the mongering forums, yes?) No, it is just that, for me, the SGs have, on balance, delivered what is often called DFE or tried upselling or both. I respectfully decline the upselling but it is a serious detraction from the session.

Personally, I want GFE more in the spirit of the definition rather than the letter of the definition. In other words, a BBBJ is less important than the fantasy of the chica acting like a girlfriend. The closest thing I got to this in the SG world was Miriam (who I think is still around). BGs sometimes will give you this experience but it is very hit 'n' miss. With escorts from the top-tier agencies, it is customary (but not always guaranteed, mind you). I have had much better success with sexytijuana.com than with SGs.

One other point: When I have asked SGs about a two-hour session, they typically look at me as if I had three eyes in the middle of my forehead. They will quote you $100 for a one-hour session. If fifteen minutes is $20, how could an hour be $100?

Lastly, thank you very much for invigorating this forum. Please do not take this post as a complaint or a negation of your experiences. I am just trying to square your advice with my experiences.

P.S. One other thing! Do you know who really got my dander up? It was that so-called "Reina," Guadalupe! (She with the umbrella next to the police sub-station & parking lot.) She seemed so sweet and demure as we were talking on the street and she is much older than your average SG which is something I actually preferred and I thought to myself, "Ah, she will provide GFE." Once we got in the room, her attitude changed dramatically. She was the last SG I ever tried.

I wrote this on mpnet over three years ago. It is still my basic MO for negotiations with SGs new to me, although nowadays I have a twist on the hotel room we use:

When I negotiate with a SG, I do it swifty. I approach her and whisper in her ear "Es cien OK?" If she replies "Si" we instantly go into her associated hotel and I get a session that generally involves her keeping her top on, sex in one position (usually missionary). Since I rarely cum while wearing a condom, my sessions mostly end with a hand job, which I ask for towards the end of the session (but hopefully before the first knock) "Feenish con mano?".

But I would guess, from my own experiences, that only somewhere between 10% to 20% of SGs in TJ will accept 100 pesos ($9 equivalent) for a basic session from an Americano. However, making that initial low offer sets the table well for negotiations. SGs aren't insulted by a 100 pesos offer since it is a common fee paid by Mexican nationals. The very few SGs that "ACTED" insulted I could count using the fingers on only one hand.

Most that decline my initial lowball offer will give a counter offer, usually requesting $20. I will generally nod (for her wallmates to see) but will again whisper my counter offer in her ear... "Sin ropa, tres posiciones y sexo oral es OK por dos cientos pesos?". It is important to whisper low enough so that her neighbors cannot hear - then she will be more inclined to accept an offer that might be considered low. With this counter offer I close with about half of the great lookers and nearly all of the SGs that have lesser appearances.

Nearly all of the costliest SGs will accept 250p to 300p ($23 to $27 equivalent) for this "full service" request.

I usually negotiate 1 hour for 500-800 pesos including all the services. Not only street chicas, HK and Las Chavelas chicas also accepted that offer. I am not handsome and I speak only a little spanish, but everything is possible. Happy monger

I just spent 2 weeks in TJ ending on the 8th of June. I noted that the street girls would be more than happy to go to a hotel. The starting price was always the same $100/1000 pesos per hour. Multi pops were never an issue (I always asked to make sure). I could not bargin down because I wanted photos and as much of a GFE as I could get (BBBJ was a hard sell). I liked the looks and the numbers of the daytime zona girls over the night time bunch.

Let me premise this by explaining once again that I'm in TJ/La Zona almost every weekend and have for years. My only intent "overall" is to simply pass on "current info" to mongers that are planning to visit TJ on occasion.

But needless to say I was very surprised to find out how dead this site was? Never-the-less I don't mind contributing for a while. Posting doesn't take that much time and if we get a small group going perhaps we can have some fun.

Now "chica prices"? Let's establish the obvious. Most BGs will ask for $60 for a half hour. The SGs want $25 sin ropa for 15/20 minutes. And escorts range from $150 an hour and up.

So now what???? EXPERIMENT!!! It costs you nothing. However if you negotiate with a little personality and as a gentleman, and even though the chica may turn your offer down, you will be surprised how well things could work out later.

Now if you are a regular in La Zona, you will get chica deals that the legions of mongers won't. When I did my change up a few years ago, (refusing to do SG & BG hotel rooms) I had no clue of course how good things would go.

To be fair, I am well known on the streets, so the chicas risk perception with me is quite low. But I simply started out offering $1000 pesos for 2 hours at my hotel room? (why not ask?) Much to my real surprise I got takers and still do to this day.

In my book, the SGs are the most fun, and a real treat to be with by far. I will expound on that at a later time.

But the BGs at AB and HK are the real shockers. They really will wheel and deal if they have had some slow days. But you have to work the day shift girls that get off at 7, 8 or 9pm. It's amazing what you can get if you just ask. You will get good looking chicas for $1500 pesos for 2 hours.

My best luck has been with HK chicas. 3 hours for $100. TLN for $1500 pesos. And even some freebies if you throw in a dinner and some tequila.

All in all, shopping and fishing for chicas can be a fun thing if you keep your attitude in the right place. If your gonna be in LZ for hours on end, why not experiment?
