New Licensed Massage Therapist need help getting new clients & maintaining clients?

Hi I am a new Licensed Massage Therapist but I am having a huge amount of trouble with getting new clients & maintaining some of my clients. I know I give great relaxing massages because I am very often told that & some of the clients that I do have often call me up to go give them a massage but often times they are busy with their lifestyle. I barely got a job as a massage therapist at a salon/spa but I was told one thing & the lady got fired a week later & now the other manager is telling me complete opposite stuff & I came from a full time 40 hr per week $9 hour to this place I find out after I left the other job that I'm only part time & if I don't make the 50% commission mark then I only get minimum wage for all the hours I worked. :(

What I need help is on some methods on especially getting new clients so if anyone in this field can help me I would really appreciate it thanks!
