sorry, but this no review policy is crazy.

I know its meant to protect these ladies we love, but can't we at least have simple reviews for places like H--?

see. that can't be offensive, nor descriptive. but it does tell you whether or not its worth it to go to a reputible MP like that place.
and frankly, if we can't review, then how does the quality stay as high as it is?

The reason for the NRP from the gossip I've heard is that it's to keep a low profile. The only thing to do is to trust that they have an interest in maintaining their high standards and if you find that it's not to your satisfaction you could probably PM or contact K yourself.

It's either no reviews and stay open or reviews and get shut down. Guess which one they opted for.

Unfortunately the MP in question is a NICE house in a BAD neighbourhood.

BAD = aggressive LE & by-law.

I agree it's best to maintain a low profile under the circumstances. Especially as the alternative is more harassment and potentially shutting down.

Don't think for a minute politicians in other localities wouldn't become emboldened by the shutting down of a TOP GTA spa. They'd assume with enough willpower and harassment they could go after MP's in their OWN backyard.

Then we'd ALL lose

From a 30,000 foot level it's in our interest to have a number of fantastic spas located throughout the GTA, and not just in (small L) liberal areas.

Wierd thing is, the girls will not retire. They would just relocate to different spa's that more than likely do not have "No Review Policies" and life on massageplanet.net would go on as normal.

I guess that is the dilemma massageplanet.net finds itself in...Do they honour an industry associate with whom they have developed a respected long-term relationship with or do they honour the consumers/membership that support all spas regardless of industry connections?

Tough choice...Personally I would side with the former probably because both parties worked in tandem at one point in time in order to promote and grow the industry to what it is today.

It is unfortunate that the LE/Bylaw offices have stooped to this level to justify their moral concerns or obligations to/for the general public. But I wonder if they have imposed the same conditions on the other massage review boards? If they have not, can someone explain to me why?
