Ladies and Gentleman and FrankCastle,Body and Soul will re-open as of Friday. Take it as you May but thats the Truth I have never posted and if it doesnt open on Friday I will never post again!!!!

Hmmm not sure what I do know is that the MPAs themselves have a licence. And if they open I assume that it's a result of following the proper legal channels. Given that this info is on massageplanet.net bylaw people are probably privy to this info as well. So it would be foolish on their part to reopen and risk certainly getting $2000 or $3000 fines. That's an awful lot of door fees.

I am happy to hear that they will be reopening. But the other day I emptied my wallet of ATM reciepts and there were soooooo many that I need to cut back a bit. I even found a slip that said ITHS on it...... that's invisible touch health spa if you can believe that.

Maybe I should clean out my wallet a little more often. There were certainly enough slips that said body and soul on it.

Anyways, if they reopen I will probably kiss the floor like a hostage returning home. Not to trivialize what they (hostages) have gone through.

I think B&S management should at least explain whether their licence is now back in effect. Or whether they're "going commando". If the latter, then massageplanet.net-ies will appreciate that there may be a potentially larger LE risk.

The unfortunate truth is that at least 1 of the more reputable MP owners was found to have displayed a fake (or at least out of date) licence at his spa while operating "commando". He also misled massageplanet.net on this issue. Result: multiple LE busts and both girls and hobbyists charged criminally.

Is that going to be the same situation with B&S?

you only get the home page saying "about us" and if you read it - it still has the following words:

"You should also know that Body and Soul Spa is a fully licenced 'body rub parlour'"

I wish them well on being able to open on Friday or soon after.
I think it would be a neat trick if they can do it. It just doesn't seem logical to me that it could happen that quickly. The little I know about the process, that once the order has been issued and posted, to roll back the process legally, it is hard to imagine. I hope I am wrong. They could defy the order and open up illegally, but that would be a dangerous gamble, with very serious consequence. They could appeal that decision, but that would also take some time to do as well. Just my thoughts, but hope it works out for them. Good Luck Body and Soul.
