A woman who runs a massage parlor in southern Travis County has been charged with prostitution after investigators say she offered sex to undercover officers.
Liu Daiying, 47, was charged with aggravated promotion of prostitution. According to an arrest affidavit, Daiying is named on a property rental agreement for Luxury Massage, located in a strip mall near Interstate 35 and Onion Creek Parkway,
Calls to the shop were not answered.

Onion Creek is a long established community of 2,100 where 6 figure incomes are the norm. Home of a nationally televised PGA tournament for many years. Not a good location for a full service AMP at the entrance.

In my experience, that wasn't a FS AMP. I went there a few times, but never had more than HJ/NE (although I was offered BJ once).

I'm actually surprised this location was busted before the RR location given the Wilco connection. Though, the RR location isn't nearly as visible.

I do realize that the penalties Williamson County hands out for criminal convictions tend to be more severe then a similar conviction in Travis Co. but has any provider or business ever been busted in Wilco? Other then a case involving a 911 call from a teenager who was calling hookers to his parents home while they were gone, I can't think of one and I've lived here all my life. I don't think they are very pro-active seeking out sex crimes in Wilco.

Anyone who knows this place, knows it was not
FS, and it's pretty fucking hard to get anything
other than a hj/he for $60. One thing is for sure,
she DID NOT offer "sex" to the cop. I wish we AMP customers
had more balls and started speaking out about these
arrests for very private activities behind several layers of closed
doors. No one "complained" because no one knows what another
guy is getting, or not getting, once he is on the table. I've found
that even the girls that work in the spas don't really know what
other girls are providing. They all have different comfort zones with
different customers. I guess the cops would rather spend time
investigating crime from the table shower and massage table. Better
Than busting meth operations and subjecting themselves to any real
risks. Must be nice to be a cop in Travis Co. Free table showers and
massages at the taxpayer's expense.

Billy, HERE is one I remember from earlier this year, in Cedar Park. They just don't seem to make the news for some reason. The referenced bust was executed by a detective, not as a result of a complaint. There is a team in the Wilco Sheriff's Special Crimes Division dedicated to investigation of prostitution. It is described on their website as follows:

"Prostitution
The Prostitution Section Detectives are tasked with investigating prostitution in Williamson County. The primary emphasis of the unit is the enforcement of crimes related to street prostitution and online solicitation for sexual acts. The unit continues to place emphasis on arresting and prosecuting all levels of prostitution and internet solicitation of prostitution. The unit not only investigates prostitution in Williamson County and other incorporated cities as well. "

Cops did visit the shop and deliver a warning. It is visible to them. I think RR AMP survived this long because the girls there are careful.

Wilco is an afterthought to the Austin Statesman fish wrapper. There is a twice weekly paper in G'town, but if you live in Wilco, you mind Wilco, so it is very vanilla. If somebody at the Statesman would get serious about harvesting the public records in Wilco, we'd see much more of the puritan's underbelly.

Nothing in the Texas Penal Code requires that the services be offered by the AMP first. The fact that anyone in the AMP agrees to a sexual act for a fee, whether the Undercover asks for it or the AMP girl offers it, is enough to make the charge of Prostitution.

Sec. 43.02. PROSTITUTION. (a) A person commits an offense if he knowingly:
(1) offers to engage, agrees to engage, or engages in sexual conduct for a fee; or
(2) solicits another in a public place to engage with him in sexual conduct for hire.
(b) An offense is established under Subsection (a)(1) whether the actor is to receive or pay a fee. An offense is established under Subsection (a)(2) whether the actor solicits a person to hire him or offers to hire the person solicited.
(c) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor, unless the actor has previously been convicted one or two times of an offense under this section, in which event it is a Class A misdemeanor. If the actor has previously been convicted three or more times of an offense under this section, the offense is a state jail felony.
(d) It is a defense to prosecution under this section that the actor engaged in the conduct that constitutes the offense because the actor was the victim of conduct that constitutes an offense under Section 20A.02.
