Question Parlor recommendations for a rookie? Not looking for FS but a good massage with HE

I am fairly new to this, and kinda nervous. Looking for a place that has beautiful attendants, they are kind and welcoming. This is a must, I hate it when I go to a place and they act transactional. The experience i am looking for is a good massage followed by a nice HE. This could be a BS, HJ or a CBJ. Nothing more than that! I also would love to touch them if they allow it! I am looking for something in downtown, but don't mind travelling if the place is really good and has the speciifcations i asked for!

I did a bit of research and thought I'd go to club dynasty, but got a lot of mixed reviews, that it being transactional.
Next place i thought was of flirt, but i am not sure if that area is safe and it seems more like a FS shop.
I was thinking to checkout JJ Elite, but it seems like there are only old ladies there.

I am not sure how much should it cost, if you can lay that out too that'd be great!

I like Flirt spa in north York cause there's no upsell and usually DFK is to be expected. Unfortunately this time around I am in Mississauga and Flirt is too far of a drive each time and I wish Allure did DFK but I've heard it's not allowed tho it does happen here and there but not to be expected.
