Planned Raids on Unlicense Parlors in Nov/Dec?

Just today I noticed this "Special Bulletin" on the main massage page at Romeos Purple Pages (http://www.romeospurplepages.com/html/massage/index.htm).

"Special Bulletin - Massage Parlour Attendants need to work in licensed spas.

Its becoming increasingly clear to myself and other knowledgeable people that MPAs are much better off in the licensed spas. Every region except downtown has them.

A few rogue owners and crazies are causing havoc this year with the unlicenced massage parlours. The city governments will be acting in Nov and Dec with raids..."

Is this a new message? Are the raids referring to this November and December? Is this a real threat, or just editorializing by Romeo?

What is the "few owners and crazies are causing havoc" all about?

That indeed seems new.

The recent long-running-threads about "who offers BBBJ?" could represent real reasons for "real threats."

It's hardly likely that anyone will have a recording of LE holding some big meeting on this. I wouldn't hold my breath for "Everyone call 416-BIG-FUZZ on Thursday at 4pm to listen in on the MP Bust Conference Call detailing the raids scheduled for November 17th, 23rd, 26th, and every Saturday in December..."

The only realistic way of evaluating the credibility of this is if there are a whole lot of busts and arrests that take place in November and December.

The place that I'm fairly curious at why it doesn't appear to have gotten busted is Studio B. The whole "parking lot race" has got to be an irritation to the businesses around there...

Because I've been such a steady patron of StudioB, I'm also curious to know how they avoid LE, especially with the commotion in the parking lot and outside their front door. Maybe they give free handjobs to the business owners to keep them quiet?

In the time that I've been a patron of StudioB, they've closed down 2x but eventually re-opened in different apartments within the same strip plaza. I was never clear whether those shut-downs were a result of LE issues or internal management issues.

Perhaps this is a marketing ploy. Concerning LE information there should be lots of it available. Next time you are at one of the recommended MPs look at the ceiling fans more closely. Most of them have cameras inside of them watching you smile. If you are smiling for the HFH and other owners, you are also smiling for the computers the information is stored on... Never understood why there are so many cameras at the recommended MPs until this special alert:

Hold on a minute! Cameras at HFH? WTF?!?

When I walked out I did notice what looked to be three or four closed circuit TV screens in the office. I assumed that they were for cameras placed in the entrance, back exit and hallway.

Can someone confirm?

Let me say this once more. ANY MP THAT WOULD CONTEMPLATE INSTALLING CAMERAS IN THE ROOMS WOULD BE PUTTING THEIR BUSINESS AND LIVES IN JEOPARDY. WHY? BECAUSE IF THERE IS ANY SEXUAL CONTACT, EVEN A BRUSH OF THE HAND ON SOMEONE'S GENITALS IS ENOUGH TO GET A BAWDY HOUSE CHARGE LAID.

Any cameras on the premises are generally over the cash register and the entrance/exits of the premises to protect the business from stick ups. If you look at any business that has a cash flow as a major source of revenue, you will find cameras over the cash, the entrances etc. Heck, everytime you withdraw cash from your bank machine you are being videotaped.

So please guys, enough with those fears, it will never happen because there is too much risk in doing something like that.

The cameras at HFH point to the cash register area, the front and rear exits outside and the indoor entrance way.

not sure why someone in administration decided to edit my last post...but the reference to the computers is more common than many of you think. Check out the link yourself or do a search...and of course check the ceiling fans in the rooms. Someone told me they are even in the fans in some of the washrooms.

anyways, i doubt cameras are in anyrooms, or being feeds being sold on the net. at least at places i have been to, we are video taped everywhere we go, whats the diff, i don't care if someone knows i go to a spa, hey if they knew, they'ed probably join me lol. (separatly of course, lol)
the last time i went to brandy's i had a look around (just for kicks), before the attendant came back, i couldn't find anything, unless its behind the big mirrors, they've got nothing in the rooms.

About LE, everyone who has been in this game or any other "law-hiding" game long enough should know that cops have there regulars sweeps.

For us in Durham they have one for the streetwalkers and drug pushers every year at the end of August, just before school like clockwork. They have one just before or after the New year too and election times. I think they try to sneak in a sweep during March break if the miss the New year one.It is all a matter of public record as well. Research will tell you alot.

Most places will stay up, good agencies and Indy Sp's will stay, They look to get rid of the street scene. That is what people complain about, what they see.

As for the camera issue. I have no idea. I am sure Paul would be way to cheap to install camera's all over the place(LOL) but I think the main point to remember is what Shiek said. Camera's may be great for somethings but not his business.

I'm surprised no one mentioned the monkey with the paint set installed behind the two way mirror. Every session recorded in full colour with bold, full brush strokes. Too bad the monkey eats the painting afterwards, that detail hasn't been ironed out yet.

This post is BS. Not the BS we all rave about but the stinkier kind.

I've seen the cameras at HFH (they are slightly visible from the outside at night) and they do not look into the rooms. That would be the stupidest thing ever when you think of it. If some kind of illegal sexual contact took place in a room that was videotaped (at any spa) then LE could use that videotape as evidence in a court trial [tie the noose around your own neck why don't you].

Wouldn't the "because" be "... because this would be a deadly dangerous slippery slope towards a blackmail operation!"

If a MP records clients' sessions, the obvious next step is "blackmail," and desperate blackmailed people are a really dangerous thing.

For the MP to get in trouble over bawdy house charges is nothing compared to the wrath of betrayed clients.

Guys, don't worry about cameras in the rooms at HFH or IT cause there are NONE, period. I rather spend my time enjoying the session than getting stress for nothing.
