So, Sunday night I checked the schedule and the attendant I saw was on schedule. I called, made an appointment and headed there (from pretty far I might add). When I got there, their ATM is out of commission, so I ask where the closest one is, they had no idea, so I drove over to Keele and found one. I then head back, and they tell me "oh, sorry, Chloe isn't on schedule my mistake." So I drive an hour each way...for this.
I'm very disappointed in their service. I go here basically weekly, and this is the response I get?
It's definitely making me reconsider spending my money there that's for sure.
