Just a short note: lately some of you are getting carried away in your reviews. We do not need a blow by blow account or details of conversations that took place in private between you and an MPA. Show some respect for your MPA, for example, if she gave you her phone #, or informed you of some other private matter, she was in all probability not counting on you going out and broadcasting it to the whole world.

Please try to make your reviews brief and informative while at the same time leaving out the juicy or minor details.


It looks as if we got to get things back on track here !

do you guys really want to hear about my session with Sadie at Studio B and how we did a duet of "Islands in the Stream" and played strip monopoly before moving on to the bodyslide.

something else that bothers me is the use of language some people use to refer to the mpa's, terms such as crap or waste of life are extremely derogatory and really has no place here or on any other board..

All that most of us want to know is how was the lass, good massage, good release, friendly, etc etc...

What most of us dont want to know is the nitty gritty details. Ya know, sometimes the lass might only do certain things with certain clients, or even just one client. That really should remain between you and her....

Leave the explicit stuff for private discussion or better yet, keep yer mouth shut.

I am by no means trying to point a finger at anyone in particular - just trying to make everyone aware. Again, think through the implications of what you are saying and take your time when preparing your review.

Remember, in posting reviews we are just trying to save each other $$. The essential information can be conveyed without going into too much detail. At the same time, it is important for the reviewer to evaluate the MPA and the establishment in the fairest possible way.

As much as possible details of information that was shared in private between you and the MPA should be left out.

Totally agree with all of the above.

Whether it is SC, MP or SP, what goes on between the two of you should stay between the 2 of you.

As Sheik perfectly said it, it's just about the massage, release, character and MP in general.

Chemistry with an MPA is something personal, lots of guys reviewed an MPA I found not adequate as good and friendly, we are all different and have different tastes.

I'm really not trying to be a pain in the ass. Really, I'm not but even though I never post explicit details, it's obvious that many guys like the details. If not then we wouldn't be talking about it.

Every now and again I myself like to read that stuff. It changes the monotony of the board. If not every review would be as follows:

Great release
Great Massage

PM for details.

If I want to know who allows DATY then it's either trial and error, or a post on massageplanet.net. (even then YMMV).

Fred you make the rules and I'll follow them, but I have no problem with reading the details. And I know that many feel the same way. They just don't have the guts to admit it.

buddies who share the juicy details with you privately. I find the 'private' reviews more fun to read because people can say whatever they want. The technology we have doesn't really limit us in this sense.

I know, we all like to brag about our 'conquests" and at times even exaggerate.

Having said that, it is still possible to write a useful review without the juicy details.

Still some confusion here.
Fred, I understand that the private information should remain private unless both parties want it posted. I think however I need a better definition of "juicy". Does this mean too many adjectives. Describing specific actions like kitty play or digits? If I understand it correctly in some municipalities posting NR could be stepping over the line. Perhaps it would be helpful if you took a post you considered to be over the line in the "juice" department and showed us how you would edit it. I'll volunteer any one of mine as a demo. I think we all want to provide as much information as possible without jeopardizing anyone in the business. Perhaps an MP owner could do the same to show us what they consider dangerous.

Now the second one was explicit, but most of what was mentioned is something that should never be mentioned in public. Remember the old expression, loose lips sink ships? If ya wanna tell the world what you got, make sure you dont name the lady and the mp and let us dream....

Seriously, I think Fred or someone should be able to help us with a list of middle ground issues. Make a list.
Kitty play- yes or no
Breast play-yes or no
Digits- yes or no
DKF etc.
These all are explicate, "juicy", and commonly used. Should we cool it and only divulge details in PMs. I'd just like some clearer advise.

The post above could get a license taken away temporarily to indeffinately from a licensed massage parlor. I know it takes the fun out of reviewing.. and it may be extra work.. but use the private messaging feature on the boards to send this kind of detail. Here is a revised review of above:

I obviously can't dispute what Kayla says, and if those are the limits these days, then I can tell you that MPA reviews are of very little use to me. The sanitized version of the review sounds like advertising copy prepared by the MP, and tells me little other than that it was a subjectively pleasant experience. If I posted a review like that, I'd undoubtedly receive several dozen PM's asking for the details, and who has the time to respond?

Those limits did not seem to apply when I first started reading these boards a couple of years ago. They were usually not insulting like many are today, but they were informative. I guess, the perception is that this is not appropriate today. I understand the concern by the licenced MPA's and their staff, and would not want to cause them problems, so I will respect the limnits. It just means that the boards lose much of their function and value with that kind of review.

PMs are just an extension of the board infrastructure and work well for those of us who know how to use them. Once you have prepared a copy you can foward it to as many people as you wish.
If you find this to be a chore, noone can help you.

So what is the consensus? Are we getting rid of all the little short forms? HJ BS NR FS DATY?

That would suck. Can we meet half way between Kayla's 2 reviews? The revised is way too boring and uninformative. I for one would definately visit the board less if this format was in place. I think many would feel the same way.

If the first one was too detailed, can we tone that down somewhat, but not to the point of the revised review?

Or why not give a very detailed review, but hide the location? Then all you have to do is just pm that information? Or maybe just keep short forms for MP names, and perhaps share them through an underground network of pms?

Personally I like a little more details like continent, time of year and colour of carpeting.

Well that's my two cent*. By the way I understand that there is a rival board that provides critiques on Donut Shops in the GTA. Now that story will obviously interest any parties who want the "whole" story.

.. you guys gotta remember.. that's me writing the review.. so of course it's gonna sound shitty..lol!

The thing about the short forms though.. I mean.. how hard is it for you to find out what BS meant when you first came on the boards? It's just as easy and kinda silly to even bother using short forms if they can be seen by anyone isn't it?

There has to be a way to write the review without mentioning the details of exactly what took place all the while letting other guys know if you had a good time or not.. if you felt it was worth it.. will you repeat.. and what you did or didn't like.

As far as the escort reviews.. the reviews there are a little different.. it's not illegal to offer sex for money.. so in your review.. to say that you had sex or intercourse.. is fine.. but to say you got it at a massage parlor.. whoa.. might as well just call 911 and let them know ahead of time.. lol. So it's a little different. As a retired escort.. when I was working.. the details that would bother me in a review would be my exact address.. any personal information that I talked about during the session (such as if I had kids.. when I moved to Toronto... etc), and or detailed things such as things that I may not do for every client I see.. I would have preferred to stay off of board - otherwise, every client visiting me would expect the same thing.

With massage.. it is a little different. In mississauga.. it's legal for the girls to advertise, offer and do a nude massage.. but as the bylaw reads, it's illegal for you to touch her or for her to touch you in a sexual matter (the same for all areas in Ontario). So to say, 'well I went and got a great release after I played with the kitty for 25 minutes' is really pushing the point out that you fingered the girl and got a hand job. See what I mean.

Hey.. I don't like it either.. damn.. I've even thought of some how encrypting my board to keep away stray eyes.. but then.. how do you know who to give the encryption key to?
