When does the Clock start ticking?

This seems to happen quite often there (example scenario):
-Book an appointment for 11pm (1 hour session)
-Arrive at the spa @10:50 (give or take 5mins)
-Sit in the Waiting room until 11:05
-11:06 escoted in the room
-11:15 attendant arrives
-11:45 take departing shower
-11:50 say good-byes

Imo, I only got 40mins... but does the spa see it as a full hour because I arrived
at the spa at 10:50?

That's not how it should be IMHO. Your time should be the time in the room. Wait time should not count.

I think it varies from girl to girl and how busy the place is.

For example I often walk in or book an appointment and either way I get 60 minutes give or take 5 min. For the most part though my experience is that the MPAs that I've experienced (and I have seen a large number of the current and former roster) are not clock watchers.

As for showing up early, if the MPA is not booked they usually just start the session ASAP.

If you feel you are getting short changed on time next time after you've had "fun" ask for a back rub for the remaining X minutes. Depending on my mood I may or may not do this, I try to have twice as much fun and after that I really don't care much about those last few minutes.

I will give bonus points to Vanessa who I saw recently and she offered a back rub since she noticed there was a little time left on the clock.

The other possibility is that the MPA didn't know it was a 60 min session and thought it was the standard 45 min session. I doubt this happens often but I always make a mention of the 60 min session where ever I go (e.g. "...yeah I like to treat myself to a 60 min session once in a while.....".

I know its tough but if that happens again, say something to the manager. They know the time the girl goes in so if there is a 20 min discrpency I doubt they would argue it..... who knows might even refund the difference between a 45 and 60 min session.

Jackie and the majority of the old roster used to stay for the full session
(completed with a dip in hot tub). Seems like B&S is turning into a McDonald's
type spa... line up, serve you as fast as possible, and rush you out.

Aw c'mon that's not fair to say. I go to B & S probably 2 times a month for the last 3 years and have sampled a good number of the MPAs there and I don't see that trend.

At the very least I can vouch for cecilia, vanessa, sylvanna, danielle, jade, candi, monica, nancy, brooke, karen (in no particular order and with the exception of sylvanna and candi I have seen these ladies more than once and always had 60 min sessions with them give or take 5 min)

Has this happened before? Have you ever mentioned anything to the managers?

I've been going to B&S for awhile now and that's not the trend I see although it has happened once before (over 1 year ago).

The general rule at all spas is the clock starts ticking when the attendant enters the room. Normally just before they record on a sheet the time they enter so the managment can keep track.

If I'm short changed (at any spa) then one of 3 things happen (in order):
1) I ask for a longer massage (last 10-15 minutes). [Most diplomatic]
2) I deduct the higher door fee from the inroom fee and tell the attendant to collect it from the manager because they overcharged me and not her. Usually only do this if they refuse to do number 1. [Starting to get Testy]
3) Just give up and pay the full fee and never go back (if the above 2 options don't work). Also, will let friends know not to go back and see her. [At wits end at this point].

Most MPAs at B&S are good with the time. But next time you go you can inform your MPA that you are staying for an hour session. Mention the time she entered the room (I.E. 7:45PM) and the time the session would end (8:45PM) at the start of the session. This way both you and the MPA would have no doubt when the session will end. If the MPA still short change you on the time again, I would talk to the manager.

I've been going to B&S for almost 3 years now. Was a lot different back in days.
I'm just observing a new trend with the new recruits.
