Sorry, but they are in Spanish, but the first one says how a guy that was caught with pictures of naked girls.
Second one, a guy that was put in jail for filiming girls. This one has a second part of how, after being checked by a phycologist, he proved not to be a pervert (thus all made up by police)

La Policيa Ministerial detuvo ayer a un mْsico que es seٌalado por dos jَvenes, una de ellas menor de edad, de haberles ofrecido un trabajo para, con engaٌos, tratar de fotografيarlas desnudas y realizarles tocamientos, en Guadalupe.

Heriberto Castillo Bernal, de 25 aٌos, fue detenido alrededor de las 12:40 horas cuando bajَ de un taxi frente a su domicilio ubicado en la calle Fuerte de Loreto, en la Colonia Ignacio Zaragoza, informَ el detective ministerial Daniel Martيnez.

Al detenido la Policيa Ministerial le asegurَ una mochila en donde encontraron decenas de fotografيas de mujeres desnudas, unas esposas forradas con peluche y una cلmara fotogrلfica.
Las afectadas, una joven de 18 aٌos y otra de 13, denunciaron a Castillo Bernal en la Policيa Ministerial, en Guadalupe.

Segْn las denunciantes, el 24 de septiembre encontraron un trabajo que les llamَ la atenciَn en una secciَn impresa.

En el anuncio el detenido presuntamente solicitaba damas para modelar lencerيa y que estuvieran dispuestas a ser fotografiadas.

A cambio del trabajo, de acuerdo a la denuncia de las mujeres, recibirيan un pago de 2 mil pesos por cada sesiَn fotogrلfica, lo que les pareciَ una oferta atractiva.

Fue hasta ayer por la maٌana cuando las jَvenes llamaron de nuevo para manifestar su interés por el trabajo, y Castillo Bernal las citَ a una entrevista.




Cae por tomar video a niٌas

Un hombre fue detenido ayer por videograbar con una cلmara casera a algunas estudiantes menores de edad que salيan de una secundaria de la Colonia Martيnez.

Juan José Guadalupe Ruiz Jiménez, de 33 aٌos, confesَ que la cinta la utilizarيa para autosatisfacerse y que no era la primera vez que lo hacيa.

El detenido fue denunciado por varios padres de familia que lo vieron cuando dirigيa su cلmara de video hacia unas estudiantes.

Elementos de la Policيa Municipal de Monterrey que acudieron al auxilio sorprendieron al hombre con la cلmara en sus manos, quien tratَ de escapar corriendo, pero finalmente fue detenido.

Los hechos ocurrieron a las 13:30 horas afuera de la escuela secundaria "Fray Servando Teresa de Mier", ubicada en el cruce de las calles Juan de la Barrera y Emiliano Zapata.

Pedro Pablo Treviٌo del Bosque, secretario de la Policيa Preventiva Municipal de Monterrey, se entrevistَ con el detenido, quien asegurَ dedicarse a levantar encuestas para una empresa privada.

"Confesَ que graba a las niٌas para después masturbarse y esto nos indica que esta persona es peligrosa, por lo que pueda cometer después.

"Exhortamos a las familias que acudan a la denuncia de algْn sospechoso para nosotros poder atrapar a este tipo de personas que ponen en riesgo la integridad de las familias", seٌalَ el secretario.

La cinta fue examinada por el director de la Policيa de Monterrey, Alejandro Zٌْiga Alarcَn, y la vocera de la corporaciَn, Jéssica Villanueva Cortinas, y en ella se apreciaron varios minutos de imلgenes de las piernas de niٌas con uniforme escolar.

Algunas de las imلgenes mostraban a una estudiante que fue grabada sin darse cuenta durante por lo menos tres cuadras.

Varios padres de familia que lo vieron con la cلmara reportaron los hechos a la Policيa regia, por lo que una unidad acudiَ a realizar un recorrido.

Al verse descubierto por los uniformados, el hombre corriَ y tratَ de ocultarse dentro de una casa, sin embargo, los policيas lo sometieron.



Va al Penal videograbador de menores

El hombre detenido por videograbar con una cلmara casera a estudiantes de una secundaria en la Colonia Martيnez librَ ayer la acusaciَn sexual al ser consignado sَlo por allanamiento de morada, por lo que fue internado en el Penal del Topo Chico.

Juan José Guadalupe Ruiz Jiménez, de 33 aٌos, fue internado a las 12:30 horas en el Penal, donde quedَ a disposiciَn del Juez Quinto de lo Penal, Luis Martيn Garcيa Benavides, ante quien prefiriَ callar en su declaraciَn preparatoria.

Ruiz Jiménez, quien asegurَ que se dedica a levantar encuestas para una empresa privada, fue capturado el miércoles a las 13: 30 horas afuera de la secundaria Fray Servando Teresa de Mier, ubicada en Juan de la Barrera y Emiliano Zapata, y con una cلmara de video filmaba las piernas de las adolescentes.

Confesَ que usarيa las imلgenes para autosatisfacerse y que no era la primera vez que usaba la cلmara para esos fines.

Ruiz Jiménez fue sorprendido por los uniformados haciendo las grabaciones e intentَ huir y se introdujo al domicilio de Marيa del Socorro Ledezma Garcيa, de 60 aٌos, sin su consentimiento.

ةsa fue la acusaciَn que no pudo evitar, aunque es considerada no grave por el Cَdigo Penal estatal y tiene derecho a la libertad bajo fianza.

Fue una prueba pericial, realizada por las sicَlogas Sonia Elizabeth Ortiz Saldaٌa y Verَnica Ramيrez Lَpez, la que determinَ que no habيa delito de يndole sexual.

"En dicho contenido no se observan conductas o comportamientos de exhibicionismo corporal en las personas filmadas, ya que no se dieron cuenta de dicha filmaciَn o no participando en ella", establece el dictamen.

"Las personas filmadas no reflejan sensaciَn de malestar o satisfacciَn que no sea esperada o acorde a su conducta, por lo que no se considera una exhibiciَn corporal con fin lascivo sexual", aٌaden las expertas.

De las celdas del Palacio de Justicia de Monterrey el detenido fue trasladado al Penal, donde fue internado y alrededor de las 16:30 horas rindiَ su declaraciَn preparatoria.

Al igual que en la agencia del Ministerio Pْblico No. 1 de Protecciَn a la Familia, Ruiz Jiménez continuَ guardando silencio y se acogiَ a los beneficios del artيculo 20 constitucional para no declarar.

Mario Alberto Hernلndez Ramيrez, director de agentes del Ministerio Pْblico de Protecciَn a la Familia y delitos en general, dijo que la averiguaciَn continuarل.

El lunes vence el plazo para que el juez dicte auto de formal prisiَn o de libertad. Hasta anoche el acusado no habيa solicitado su libertad bajo fianza.

BTW, the rule of the land is that if you pay, you can keep whatever it is that got you in trouble. If you are carrrying pot or pics that are deemed "illegal" and you pay, you get it back.

Nude pics and pornography are two different things. Although I have never had to deal with it, I do know people who were shakend down for having pics with bear breasts exposed. The police tried to extort money and the person didn't bite. He was let go after 15 to 20 minutes of scare tactics.

I don't ever take pics. I sometimes pay $5 for polaroids with my friends. I a few times took a video camera with me to fiestas. I have a really nast video in 2001 or 2002 of two lesbians sucking my dick together in La Tropa. Most embarassing is the size of my stomach

The picture friendly bars that I found where girls are more likely to allow you to take pictures of them or where I found most success are: Hong Kong, Tropical, and Las Chaveles. The worst to me are Adelitas, and especially Chicago club where guys have been known to take pictures and then post them on the internet. This guy( website below) who use to be on sex forums like this one use to go into the Chicago Club with his wife and pay girls to allow him to take pictures of them, but he didn't fuck them? Since then a few years now, most the girls know about it, and no longer allow you to take pictures of them. ( also another guy got busted by the girls because some guy on these forums outed him to the girls, and that caused more concern about pictures in this bar, and this was years ago, but the word get passed around)

The SGs are also real hard to get them to pose for a picture for you, although it's possible to get the pictures from some, just keep it in mind most will tell you NO!

Yes, you should always ask to take a picture if you want to keep out of trouble, but I know of a few guys that take the picture first and them ask.

Taking pictures in bars or in the street could result in you losing your camera, and maybe a possible threat about jail? So its' best to take pictures in the room with the girl after you ask her if it's OK.

I was as a matter of fact, going to add that just right now... I remember I posted that else where in another forum...
That is where ScatMan does not know the way Amigomio thinks... Amigomio was a little wasted after a night of clubbing (wrote it at 2 am central time) so his mind was thinking "bed", not "pictures of naked girls".
And one thing ScatMan, not just putas, but carrying pictures of regular civilian girls can put you in trouble too.
That has happened many times here in Monterrey, and since the police is not as corrupt as the one you have to deal with, I've seen the exagereated consequences of people being sent to the judge for having girls, fully clothed in the camera.
Of course they are let go after a period of time, being no law broken...

Sampson, you know quite well it is just not "extort"... police can pretty well put you in jail if you carry pictures of naked girls in a camera... and they can hand you over to the PGR without a thought of a "mordida".

This is not the run-of-the-mill "infraccion" of being publicly intoxicated or finding Viagra in your pockets.. this goes right into federal laws.
They can push people trafficking, production of pornography....

These are good questions, I've heard of overnighters "toda la noche" for between $150 and $250. I'm not much up on rates but I had a bar girl who I had seen many times previous spend the night for $100.

I often take a camera, many girls love having their picture taken, others don't, just ask first.

Your best bet is probably a bar girl at a lesser trafficked club, like La Tropa, Tropical, Botana, etc. Find a girl you like, have a few drinks with her and find out if she wants to come to your hotel after your shift. This is not super common, most of them just do short time.

As far as the risk of being robbed, if they work in a regular club then they might be reluctant to burn you, if a girl is staying over I keep my wallet hidden. Most of the tales of outright robbery involve "walkers". Walkers do not work in clubs or stand on the street, they keep moving, possibly because they have no health cards.

That’s why I’m asking the question, in Asia you can have an all nighter and you’re covered because the girls from the bar know you can go back to the mama-san at the bar and that’s her ass. 2) Camera? Why would you record these acivities? It's better to remember the girls than take pictures. Nothing good can come from the pictures.

Right, further to add what Sampson wrote. Sure you can take a camera to Tijuana !you probably meant the zona. And if you plan on taking pictures of the girls in private with her permission that should be fine. But you dont want to flash your camera (no pun intended) in public in the bars and especially not on zona streets.

Nothing wrong with taking your camera, however don't take any pics with out asking, and keep a separate memory card. The police have been known to try and extort tourists that have pics of chicas. Chicas have been known to alert the police if they think you are taking pics.

I really am not up on overnight rates, but of course it is relative to the volume of the chica I am sure.
