Yes, that definitely seems to be an ongoing problem here, going by both my very limited experience with this place and reading massageplanet.net posts from the last 2 years about it. Typically, a customer calls and asks if a particular MPA is available, and even when the answer should be "yes" he's told "no" or "um, I dunno" or gets some silly run-around from the woman answering the phone. More than one guy has mentioned a lady with an Eastern European accent doing this.
That kind of behavior makes no sense. The lady or ladies doing this are only driving business away from their own spa and thus hurting themselves. I realize that it may not be possible for the owner to be present and answering the phone all the time, but she should try to ensure that someone dependable is when she can't.
