Really bad muscle pain in my back, but mom won't take me to get a massage or doctor?

Well she gets massages alllll the time bc she's always leaned over in her dentist chair, well I understand that, but I'm always leaned over in my school seat!

My lower back really hurts to, but she keeps saying she'll call a chiropracter, but never does. (I'm really tall and grew really fast and my lower back feels like my muscles didn't even grow fast enough for my bones and it hurtttts when I bent down or twist too far)

But around my shoulders and neck ugh it's this horrible burning, aching feeling. I can feel knots upon knots and my muscles are hard as rock right there. It hurts so bad sometimes I just have to sit back in class and just stay there for 5 minutes.

But it's not like I'm 12, I'm 16 and it's not like she sees it on disney channel and how she cheated in high school, I actually do my work and it takes A TON of time. At least she gets to come home from the dentist chair and lay down, I get to come home and do MORE work still continueing to be hunced over. And she gets breaks between patience, she's on facebook all the time.

How can I get her to take me? I would go myself, but I heard to you have to be with someone over 18?
when i say disney channel, I mean how kids just walk around and grab school books and goof off in class. No, in rl we do rl life work and we don't have class changing periods that last 3 hours, they last 5 minutes.

Apply ice. Cold limits swelling, reduces pain, and speeds healing. Also take a short walk (3 to 5 minutes) on a level surface (no inclines) every three hours. Exercise, good posture and body mechanics, and an ideal body weight may help. =)

If it hurts whenever you move you really need to see a doctor and then a physiotherapist who can recommend exercises and other stuff.

I suggest if there is a school nurse or while you're in gym or somewhat suddenly go ugh and beg the teacher for first aid saying something like ohmygod it hurts every time I move!

The teacher or nurse will hopefully insist your mother takes you to a doctor ?
