Based on the treads in this Forum, majority of MP customers prefer mp to sp for the following main reason.

As Sargon said, safety definitely comes first. No way am I getting FS without a condom ... way too risky. A BBBJ could be a possibility, but not likely with an attendant I've only seen once. If it is someone I have seen a few times before, and/or I know that the MPA is hygiene conscious, then I may go for it.

BBBJTC happened to me twice, totally unexpected...but I would not let it happen as a rule. Easier said than done of course.

Had a BBBJTC CIM that was unexpected, not solicited, no premium paid. Have only seen this MPA once so far, but seems to be part of her service. Have tried the CBJ scene with SP's; not the same. Also had a BBBJ with SP's but didn't compare to the MPA, likely because of the TC CIM. Frankly was first time ever of a TC-CIM; so the "heat" of the moment made it difficult to consider insisting on a switch to HJ, and I didn't really try. Points to risk potential as a not a rational decision at the time, particularly as she apparently does this all the time

I'm personally not interested in those services when I attend a massage spa.
Teasing me from behind is a much bigger turn on.

I definitely have to agree with "Play hard, play safe!".

For that reason, all of my BJs have been covered, save for one. But damn, while it felt incredibly good, I sort of regretted it afterwards when I thought about the potential risks involved. I guess I'm just a wimp.

But then again, there don't seem to be too many things that feel better than a good BBBJ.
