It seems you are looking for is an Asian MPA, that gives good service, not one that doesn't have an accent !

I've seen numerous Asian MPA's that do not speak much English and have experienced a range of services, although most were more than satisfactory. In fact one of my best experiences ever ( Erin@50L ) spoke relatively poor English and I can think of 2 other's who spoke very little English that gave me a release that cannot even compare to that of any well known MPA. Of course their are some that have a really bad attitude, but with a little research and common sense you can avoid that.

Believe me, when I say, I can be a picky whiney bastard, so my standard is pretty high.

Aside from the fact that there is probably a higher ratio of "Asian MP's" than non Asian, I can assure you that there are many Caucasian and other ethnicities who give crappy fuckin service and have an abysmal attitude ...

Attitude and service has nothing to do with, as you say, "accent" ... I'd say it's more based on the specific MP combined with individual MPA's and our ability to interact ...
