It is a standard MO for a SG to try to weasel a premium fee for unusual (or even multiple ) positions. So prior negotiation is necessary for SGs (as Fireballs has commented). My position free-for-alls are generally done with regular chicas in my rotation that I've repeated with often - usually in discount-priced extended sessions.

Yes. Bar girl prices generally include whatever positions you want. I've found a few girls that don't like cowgirl since it involves them working too hard. They will do the position but will tire and ask for another position sooner than I'd like. I've never had a situation where a girl insists on not changing positions if I want to change including moving to other furniture in the room aside from the bed.
