Called last week during the afternoon to see who was available in 30 minutes. Got the roster and chose Tarah, because I had read so much and had never seen her.
I arrived 5 minutes early and took a seat in the waiting room. After 10 minutes Tarah comes to the front desk for a moment, then goes back to the rooms. I'm thinking she's tidying up our room. Another 15 minutes pass and still no sight of her. I go to the desk and ask the lady "did Tarah have a client right now?" Her response: "She said she would be quick".
I'm thinking WTF? I ask for my money back and leave.
How can you double book like that when I made an appoitment just 30 minutes ago? What bullshit. This of course has nothing to do with Tarah, but rather with poor management. I've been to Silhouette quite a few times and have also supported them in this forum. Gonna have to re-think that one.
BTW I drove up to SRM when I left and had a great time with Giselle.

I feel sorry for you, But screwups do happen here and there, even at the best spas like Allure,srm, IT,hfh so give Silhouette's management a benefit of the doubt but If it happens again then ........................

On the other note, you must be extremly horny to drive all the from Silhouette to Srm. LOL.

That's just bad customer service. The guy who got her before you probably called or walked in just before you did, and the person who took the appointment thought it would be no problem if you would have to wait. Nautilus, good move on getting your money back and leaving for SRM.

Talk about assembly-line efficiency ... have a guy in a session, have one waiting, and keep repeating the process for maximum $$$ per shift.

This is a classic move done in MPs.

You see they can overlap bookings, the best example is with a 40 minute session and you book people on each half hour and blame the previous customer for coming in late when actually the MP/A is on time and even shortens sessions by 5-10 minutes, so in essence you are being charged for a 40min session but getting shortchanged. Plus you have to wait.

This works great when there are extra rooms an an MP that they can book you in and the MPA can alternate between them.

An MPA once told me that most guys don't mind the wait as long as it is no longer than 15 minutes. Most MPA cover for each other and use the excuse mentioned above but will hardly admit to the double booking or using the overlapping technique.

Now I now that I am going to get hammered on this by someone, possibly an MPA ... but before you do remember when I heard about this me and my friend called several MPs on our cell phones over a period of time and booked sessions over 30 minutes with the same MPA on the same day and were given appointments 30 minutes apart.

Tried, Tested and Verified ... besides if I didn't know it would I say it.

Yes this happens at the top MPs as well !!!

I've never had this happen to me anywhere else. I "hobby" 4-8 times a month. This is the first time I have ever complained to management.
I know that there can be screwups, but the fact that I booked only 30 minutes out doesn't leave a lot of room for sessions to run overtime. I won't buy that arguement this time.
BTW I thought it was a nice gesture by Tarah to get involved. It had nothing to do with her personally. I have PMed her to make sure she knows that I don't hold her responsible in any way.
Back to SRM I go.
