They have alway played it straight. You just tell them the girl you booked for the appointment.

I've never been B&S-ed at XP/TT. If the person you ask for is not available they will tell you (they may not tell you WHY!). If they are just on vacation (usually to China) they will usually tell you. But if you book for, say, Mina, you will get Mina.
