Something stinks at Aromatic

I had a day off of work on Friday, and thought that a nice massage would be just the thing to help me unwind.
I recalled having seen a new place called 'Aromatic', on Eglington Ave. W., near Caledonia, and decided that I'd check it out.
After having a look at their website, I decided that I would like to go and see Nadia. So I called there, and was informed that Nadia was indeed working today, and I made arrangements to arrive in 30 minutes to see her.
Upon my arrival, I was met at the door by Peter, whom I told that I was there to see Nadia. He replied "Natalia", and I said "No, Nadia". He said "Nadia just left. Natalia's here" When I told him that I had just called and made arrangements to see Nadia, he said "Nadia just left. She had an emergency"
I told Peter that I was not at all pleased, and that this was not the way to be treating customers. I'd just wasted my time and effort only to get the runaround. All that I received was a blank stare.

If it happens again, make a note to never go back there. AT least they won't get your money.

FWIW. There are people, and peoples, who aren't used to apologizing. Doesn't necessarily mean they aren't regretful. Just that they're waiting to hear from you what would make the situation 'right'. That said, there were similar lapses in customer appreciation at 2 Corby, reported here.
