Hey guys,

I was on my way to HOL1 a few weeks ago riding down Queensway from the west. I stopped at the Tim hortons between Islington and Royal York to grab a cup of coffee. I was cold from being out riding all evening. As I am sitting there I look across the street and see two pretty good looking blondes having a cigarette and chatting. Noticed a sign above them that indicated a Spa was there too. I finished my java, and had a good time at the HOL. Just wanted to ask if any of you guys know this place and if it is recommended or if it is a "no no" I live nearby and it would be very convenient. Any info is appreciated.

Do a search for 'Elite Retreat'... you'll see a few reviews, and likely find their web site as well. Reviews have generally been mixed, so your experience may be hit or miss. I've personally never had a great session there, but a couple of OK one a year or two ago.
