I would second that about Santiago Hotel as Gmbrldx mentioned. I found it the best by far in terms of clean spacious rooms, even have kitchenette, double bed, rate is 45. Noise level is ther as its at an intersection but not as much as the hotels directly over the clubs. Its within close walking distance of the zona clubs.

Hotel Hacienda de Santiago is fairly quiet -- I think it is quieter than those hotels directly in the zone. It is chica-friendly (at least, they've never given me any static -- no "joiner fee"). It is directly across from La Tropa, a block east of Adelita's. The last time I was there, it was around $45. It's a step up from La Leyva.

Well, I consider myself the current Cascadas "expert" as no one seems to get a room there to stay ! Lets say I have some "connections" with the reception there Their rate is 35$ per night for single room and 45$ for double bed room. The best thing is you can take chicas from HK, Chavelas and Miami and also surrounding SGs all for free. Ask for the 6th floor, heck just take anything if you get one from them !
Their hot water and TV with porno, works for sure. They charge 10$ for key depoist refunded at end. Checkout time is 1 pm for hotels in Mexico or Zona in particular. Taking more than one chica is not a problem, just tip a dollar or 2 everytime and you can take a "harem" up there. I think if you take two girls at a time they will charge extra. But remember the old adage, a dollar for a towel or a smile will go a long way.........

Hotel Coahuila above AB is $35 per night. Their jacuzzi rooms are rented only for 3 hour periods, not overnight. Checkout is noon.

Hotel Jalos next door to (& associated with) CC is $20 plus $11 joiner fee for every chica you take up (even the first chica).

Hotel Leyva (next door to Jalos) is $24 for a single in the old wing
$29 for a single in the newer wing (parking gratis) and $34 for a double in the newer wing. No joiner fee. $2 key deposit. Only rooms in the newer wing have televisions. Checkout is 1 PM

Hotel Cascades 2000 above Miami & Las Chevalas charges $31 for a single plus a joiner fee after the first chica in 24-hours. Cascades' double rooms go for $40 and a joiner fee is charged only after you take in two chicas in a 24-hour period. Jacuzzi rooms are $71 and YMMV regarding joiner fees. Rizo de Oro hotel above Bar Tropical has the same fee schedule as Cascades 2000. Checkout is 1 PM.

Los Monitos on the NE corner of the crossroads has dingy upstairs overnight rooms for $20 or 200 pesos. They have a few new rooms, that I don't know the rate of. Per Rosie de Guadalajara the one new jacuzzi room rents for $40 per night. Checkout is 1PM and used to be rarely enforced. No joiner fees.

In the alley, overnight rooms at the Mini and Najera are $20 or 200p. Najera joiner fee after first chica is $4 or 40p.
El Porton is $35 overnight (weekdays only) YMMV re:joiner fees.

And the cold-water-only Hotel Edwardo is $12 or 120p for an overnight room. Checkout is noon. Joiner fees are $3 or 30p after the first chica.

I always liked staying at the Coahuila Hotel above Adelitas. You can bring street girls up to your room.
I over-did it however, and one day a couple of years ago I brought up six or seven straight SGs and the hotel desk clerk told me that I couldn't bring anymore street girls to my room. So I never stayed there again.

I would bring a small cooler full of fruit juices and soft drinks. Also a CD player, candy and snacks (like small packs of Milano cookies). And I would offer all this to the chicas I brought up. I got very positive reactions to this.

It would always amuse me when chicas would stretch out their tiny little purses trying to stuff a fruit drink and/or an extra packs of Milanos for their amigas.

Thanks for all the input guys! I'm planning my first overnight in tj this week. Maybe my ultimate Adelita's experience. There are at least 4 girls in Adelita's that I plan on seeing (3 new ones, hope they are still there, and 1 or 2 repeats). It would be better to get a room on top of that bar since i'm taking 4 or 5 girls up.

If you guys haven't tried Jackie (about 5'6, dirty blond, looks like a white chick), i recommed you try her out, ulitmate service and make sure you tell her BBBJ and Daty, she's is so far the best that I had in Adelita's. Also Catalina, about late 20's, about 5'2, black hair, and have the best curves in there. Also, BBBJ and Daty. Did Catalina 5/22, Jackie and Anna 5/29.

I really love this forum. Without the info that I got from mpnet, i would have never tried TJ. I always go there alone and when I'm in the bar, I always imagine that we guys could finally meet there, sitting in one of those tables, sharing info and experiences.
I know I could still learn a lot from you Senior members.

Well, one hotel that is absolutely chica friendly is Leyva located right next to CC. It's not Ritz but clean enough for me. Just make sure to get a room a little far away from CC if you intend to get a good night's sleep since the music is really blasting into the late night.

I am not really in the market for hotel rooms, but over the years I have stayed overnight in Cascadas twice, Hotel Zona Norte several times, and Hacienda de Santiago a few times.

I would rate Hotel Zona Norte or Zona Norte Hotel(not sure the name but next to La Tropa) when in a drunken state....I liked it the least as the showers were not too great.

I would think for me that if I was not sleeping while intoxicated, the noise level would be of great importance, and a nice shower with warm to hot water is a huge consideration.

Television is cool, but I don't really watch that much when I am in a hotel room...at least not in la Zona Norte.

For quiet I would take Hacienda de Santiago, and a room that faces Revolucion. Although either side is quieter than the room shaking from the bar stereo system. You are going to hear noise from street vendors, etc. If that is bothersome then maybe you may want to bring earplugs.

The hotel above Adelitas is called the Coahuila Hotel. Most overnight guests are given rooms on the (quieter) top 3rd floor. There's no elevator, so you'll get your exercise. CH's rooms have no televisions. When checking in, you can put down a refundable $5 key deposit and get issued a key to your room. There is no joiner fee, but when you bring up your second "date" or third "date" the desk clerk will charge $1 each time and issue the chica a fresh towel, one new soap and one new condom.

Hotel Cascades 2000 charges you a joiner fee for each chica you take up to your overnight room after your first "date". The charge is $6 for a street girl or $12 for a bar girl. Cascades generally serves as the hotel for Hong Kong Bar, La Chavales, Miami Bar, and any Bar Tropical chicas willing to walk across the street to fuck you for money. Cascades uses an electric card key for their rooms and asks for a refundable $10 key-card deposit. Cascades rooms have televisions, complete with a couple of porn channels.

You're right, Cascadas is better, but since im going to spend most of the time at Adelitas, i should stay above it. I read somewhere that there is no TV in the overnight rooms, is this correct?

Do you get your key on both hotels or you have to leave it at the counter when you leave?

I think the Cascadas is the better of the two hotels. They will charge a joiner fee after your first chica of the day though...AB chicas are not suppose to go there. If you use the one above AB (Hotel Coahuila I believe) they do not make you pay extra when bring an AB chica up.

I think it is safe to walk to Rev at any hour, but their are taco sold within a block of those hotels nearly 24 hours...and maybe 24 hours. After 6pm bacon wrapped hot dogs become available and in the late night and wee hours burritos are available from a couple guys selling them out of coolers.

Better hotel to spend the night in, the one in Adelita's or Hongkong?
I noticed that the one in Adelita's does not have a tv (that could help a lot while you lay down on your bed trying to energize for round 2 or 3).
Do you still pay additional if you take an Adelita's chicka to your room?

Another question is when you get hungry at night, it might not be safe to walk to Revolution alone around midnight, are those taco stands on every corner of the zona ok? maybe i'll just follow the crowd on chow time.
