standard rate @ flirt or muse

been reading the forums and a little confused on the standard rate thing. for a 30 min NR, does standard rate mean $40 (door fee) + $60 NR = $100 damage?

also, when does the NR rate come up? do you ask the MP first before paying the door fee so that no surprises later. she may charge me $80 or more for an NR, for example, so i can still opt to go out, etc.

i've never been to one and hate to be charged more for my innocence
