It seems from what I’ve learned from several girls, the attendants only get checked once a year.

Was wondering if anyone knows do they have to get checked out for every STD before starting work at a spa? Just so they have a clean bill of health before they venture into this type of work?

There are girls who take their health seriously and do all the necessary checks from a proper licensed doctor in a timely manner. Some girls who have worked for 5+ years only got checked once when they first get their license and pays a doctor in bed with the MP during license renewals. And then there are those who may have spent a lifetime as a backpage motel SPs who pays off a quack doctor to give her a clean bill of health. Same goes for the clients they see: some get it checked every six months, some don't bother until their piss is burning like hot sauce, and some will have symptoms and purposely spread that shit around.

In order to stay safe, you have to do your own due diligence. Don't believe everything you hear and don't do anything risky.

To successfully win in a court case, there has to be definitive evidence that there is no other way the incident in question took place. Consider the number of MPAs an average john sees, or the number of sexual partners they have (civilian or industry), how could you possibly know what you got from who?

Even if a client exclusively only sees one sex worker, would he ballsy enough to out himself by facing the public in a lawsuit? That's what the MPs who use quack doctors bet on.

Think about the number of MPAs who are working without their license at some of the biggest MPs in the GTA. And think about the ones who bounce around from MP to MP, or from one segment of the sex industry to another. It's scary but there are a lot of them who do NOT work within the proper rules and you have to wonder what the hell they have to hide.

There are many services that offer anonymous sexual health check ups such as “Hassle Free” downtown which is the one I go to.

Every hobbyists should check regularly every 6 months or so depending on how often you play and with whom and what you did because some STDs have no symptoms and you may not know you have them. And most importantly pls check only 2-3 weeks after your risky play, not the next day or so. Otherwise it might show negative result cuz it hasn't developed into your system yet.

The licensing process for "bodyrubbers" is not a secret. You can check it out on Toronto's licensing and standards website. The girl pays a fee of ~$400 and needs a doctor to certify that she is free of communicable diseases. The license is renewed yearly. The more serious MPAs get checked monthly, as frequent as actors do in porn.

The spa just makes sure the MPA's license is on file and hasn't expired.

Walk-in general medical clinics.
Talent Testing Service if you are willing to pay $$$ for quick turnaround (mostly for the pros).
