I have a client that got an injury from working out. I think he said he got it when at the gym and was doing leg lifts. I think that is what its called. You know when you sit down and your feet are under the bar and you lift your leg or extend the knee.
Anyways, he has a very tight IT band on the left leg. The only stretch I could come up with was to turn the leg sideways and brace it on a table or something and lean into it. I don't know if that is a very good visual.
Any other suggestioins.
