I've seen Candy many times and always have a great session which includes BBBJ and PS but no full service.

I received BBBJ/FS from Candy but only BBBJ and simulated FS from Tracy.

Two notes:
1. They don’t carry condoms, so for CFS, you have to bring your own.
2. From my experience, both Candy and Tracy are high on sensuality and low on PSE, so even though both offered BBBJ, it wasn’t like they were going to town for minutes. BBBJ was used more as a setup for PS/FS.
