Dude you are in serious need of scale re-adjustment. For the dump you described and the service you received the VFM when compared with those other studios named would rank the VFM with Sugar @ JR's more like robbery.

Thanks for re-affirming my descriiption of her description. She is a BBW and she doesn't have a firm and tight little body as she tries to portray in her CL Ads and Photos.

She should just advertise herself as such.

JRs Den was the old Kingsway Massage. I even think the phone number is the same as it was when it was Kingsway. Give them credit for trying to improove the place, but it will always be small, cramped and just kind of old.

My VFM scale was for Sugar and not JR's Den. She was accommodating, she had no trouble making fun of herself, and she did the best she could under the circumstances.

I told her I was a PERB member; we discussed the recent threads about her online. A lot of ladies would have reacted negatively and the session would have gone completely south. “Instead she made fun of the fact that she likes to fix her hair all the time during a session”

Average was a fair assessment.

The VFM for JR's Den is another thing all together. Penthouse has taken a lot of heat over the past few months and Penthouse (with all it’s issues) has a superior facility when compared to JR's Den.

The long narrow room rectangular room, cramped shower with tiles from the 70's, the lack of proper coverings for the windows, the tiny massage table, and the low hanging lights made it mission impossible to enjoy a GFE session. The studio has very poor VFM when compared to other options in the city.
