Tantra massage tends to get used for anything erotic where one gets to have a happy ending orgasm. Its not easy to find a practitioner who can offer the real deal. Its more about breath and connection that getting terribly excited. I had some excellent tantra massages in Madrid last year, but I have not been able to find much in my trips around Asia. Looking around on the internet, there seems to be some offerings in Manila and Singapore which may be authentic. I might manage my next trip to Asia to find some authentic offerings.

Last year I had a couple of excellent sessions in Madrid, and also some others which just used the name Tantric cause it sounds sexy. There are ways to spot the difference in their adverts. They need to mention the breath, and not be focused on erotic naked photos of the practitioner. The addition of prostate stimulation and mentioning that orgasm is not the goal is also a good indication. In fact the best practitioners operate freelance.
