tattoos on feet

would love a tattoo on my foot one day but would this pressure on my foot cause any harm?
any advice would be great x

I didn't think they tattooed feet in the UK anymore? (sorry if your somewhere else in the world )

I thought because they took longer to heal (as feet normally do) they steered away from it? Might be something I've just dreamed up, but I'm sure I investigated it a couple years ago for myself... maybe its just select tattoo palours that don't do it...

my friend had a tat on her foot - she had wanted it in a different place to where it eventually ended up on the foot (around the shoulder reflex) but was told that the skin on the feet regenerates too much to have it put nearer the sole and that the dye would bleed.

i don't know if the pressure would have any long lasting damage to be honest - i mean it's more than likely that it would affect any reflex points it was done over, but i imagine once it has healed that it would be ok. put it this way, it wouldn't put me off having a tattoo...

Hi all,

I have a tattoo on my foot and even though it was painful i has never been a problem.

It healed really nicely and i love it!!

Some tattoo artists wont tattoo there best to call and check first before wasted visit.

Good luck in your choice and be sure of what u really want before you get it done!!

i will look into which area the tat will be near. I saw a lady with a white tat and thought it looked lovely!
