So what's the deal with law?

Is it illegal to be in a downtown Toronto massage parlour? What if it's not registered? Is it okay with the law for one to get a HJ? What about a BS? What bout being nude? If it is ilegal, why are ther licences?

Someone please clear things out for me about the Toronto law. Thanks.
