The Phones at H.I. !! - what gives??

This has happened a number of times now...

I call to try & see if one of my faves is working...

Only either one of a number of things happenes:
1) The phone rings, is picked up, then hung up again (happens a lot!)
2) The phones rings & rings...
3) Goes straight to voicemail (can understand if they are THAT busy!)
4) Rings, then gets fax screech!

Anyone else having this difficulty?
Since they don't post the schedule on the website, how the heck else can you book an appt or confirm an MPA is working?


I vote that Kayla should manage this place!
She knows how to run the customer side of an MP as well as anyone!

I have had similar problems ... even was told that a certain MPA was no longer working there, which was later found out to be false. I think that after a certain time the receptionist leaves and the MPAs take over.
