Toronto and Peel Region will be moving into lockdown as of Monday. Restaurants (excluding take-out services), gyms, personal care services and some retail stores will be forced to close. Gatherings are limited to 10 outdoors and no social gatherings inside.

Personal care services include holistic massage and body rub massage. Personal care also includes barbershops, hair salons, spas, nails, facials, waxing, eyebrows, Brazilians, any type of service in which the client is touched.

UPDATE: Durham Region, including the City of Oshawa will move into the Red-Control category of the provincial framework.

They haven’t stated that. RMT’s are considered more or a parallel health care type of business. Most likely whatever the rule is that applies to chiropractors apply to RMT‘s. As far as I can see, they are allowed to be open.
