check the list at www.romeospurplepages.com there are really no gems downtown, all the good ones are in the 'burbs

I am downtown quite a bit, and I have to agree that its slim-pickings downtown. I've gone to Adelade St. Spa (326 Adelade St West, 3rd Floor) three times over the past year, and the experiences have been average.

I can't remember the names of any of the MPA's, but in general, they are slightly older. I've had NR's and while satisfactory, they are not too intimate and are generally lower milage. The facility is sparse and not too welcoming. There is only one shower for the three rooms that they have.

If you have an impulse to get a massage, they may make a good pit-stop along the way but it's certainly not a place that I would go to regularly.
