Court documents said three women accused Le of touching them inappropriately while getting massages at his business in Eagan.
EAGAN, Minn. — A Twin Cities massage therapist is in police custody Thursday morning after at least three women accused him of criminal sexual conduct during their massage sessions.
Thirty-two-year-old Johnny Le turned himself into Eagan police around 9 p.m. Wednesday, according to law enforcement. He's been charged with one count each of third-, fourth- and fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection to each incident, the most recent alleged offense taking place in early February.
Court documents said the women accused Le of touching them inappropriately while getting massages at his business on Nicols Road. The criminal complaint said he apologized and offered refunds to two of the women.
As of Thursday morning, Le remained in jail in Dakota County.
