I was in the neighbourhood and having read 2 ads on CL for this place I thought I'd drop by.

They gals on shift were busy (perhaps 220 greek had something to do with that? )

Candi was in and was still in street clothes, took me to room and for a quick chat. $160 for 20 Mins, $200 for 30 mins and $240 for 60 mins.

When I asked about what her services included she was very evasive so I asked about kissing. She said that would be GFE and that is extra. Oh, I see how much more?

$340!!!

What the fawk?? I didn't even bother asking what else was included in her 'GFE'.

Thanked her for her time and said goodbye.

Kind of steep pricing for the shorter time, does this include showers and sp "getting ready" time?

20 minutes = 160 (480 per hour)

30 minutes = 200 (400 per hour)

60 minutes = 240 (240 per hour, DEAL)

Don't blame you for not asking about GFE, hate to think about PSE...

I stopped by Venus several weeks back to possibly have a session with an SP who I had seen there in the past and when Peter was the owner.The price she quoted me this time was nearly double what I had paid last time. When I asked why the major increase, she said that the room fees under the new ownership was $120 per hour! Now I'm not sure if she was actually telling me the truth, but if that's the case that is pretty well double the fees that most other studios charge.
Maybe that's why Candi is charging so much. $320-$120 room fee and $ for shift fee leaves her less than $200 clear.
Frankly I would have to question why any SP would want to work under these conditions. Especially when half the studios in town are advertising that they are hiring.

I thought I'd never say this, but I kind of miss the good old days when Peter owned Venus (now a rip-off), Vegas (closed again?), Kingsway (now always seems to be closed) and Escape & Relax (much older SPs who want the same prices as the local hotties)

I agree with you Mick. Whats up with the increases. Business hasn't been that good.
At least thats what I have been told by several MP's.

I'm thinking that this lower end studio has a strategy that is definitely not one of building a repeat clientele. Seeing where they are situated they stand a good chance of making a living by suckering in the poor rubes who are in from out of town and staying at the hotels west of 156 Street and not web savvy.

Why would I go to Venus when I can have Maxim for $$???

The MPs are not that busy. I stopped into 50th Street yesterday just for shits and giggles and all 5 rooms were empty.

They still are running with Industry Rates of:

Basic HJ $.6
Reverse $.8
CBJ $$
FS $$.4

All come with a Shower and Massage of course in nice big rooms.

Not sure what the GFE is but I wouldn't think they would charge an extra 80 Clams for a Kiss !
