What do you think of Arbonne Products?

I was approached today about Arbonne products. I wanted to know what you thought about these products. Have you used them, do people buy them from salons or spas? Thanks, I do not know anything about these products but I did look the co. up on the internet and did some reading. I just need input. Thanks

I love Arbonne products!!! I can honestly say the products are sueforum.xxx. Yes, I do believe the products would work in a salon setting.

Since my pregnancy (almost 8 years ago) my body chemistry changed and I've developed very intense reactions to certain chemicals used in personal care products (specifically: face cleansing products, shampoos, hair gels/lotions and hairsprays). Arbonne has been the only skin care products I've found that work long term for me. I've tried several others which will work for a few months but then I start to have problems again.

I am a "personal consultant" which means I get the discount on purchasing products that I buy for my personal use. I have a few other clients that purchase the products through me but I don't avidly "sell" them -- in otherwords I am not in the Arbonne Management Program.

Similarly to Mary Kay and even Avon, Arbonne is a MLM (multilevel marketing) company. Unlike MaryKay, you aren't expected to hold inventory. The person who signs you up will most likely want you to help them build their sales team (finding other people who will sign up under you to sell the products) if you show any interest in that path.

What I like about Arbonne is you can choose to do the management end or you can choose to use the products. I will caution you to beware if you decide to go into the management side of this business as it is like many other MLM companies that want to build their business as rapidly as possible. I will say from my experience that there is a tremendous support staff available for Arbonne that tends not to be there with other MLM company's.

I have some friends that are getting into the Arbonne latley, I think the products are rather expensive if you were to sell them in a salon, I guess that depends on where you are from. I know people in my town would never pay the markup unless you can get a wholesale thing going, then yeah i could see it.

Have you ever tried Aloette? I have been using it for about 7 or 8 years...The skin care is all Aloe Vera bassed ( I know my grandma used to heal my wounds with aloe vera plant when i was little.) I think it has kept my skin lookin young. Maybe everyone is just being nice but i usually get guessed around 19-22 and i am 26 Skin care is also anti-aging and contains no oil only in the make-up remover, and the creme to powder make-up. The foundation is spf 8 I love it, it's GREAT! The only time i breakout is if i forget to wash my face at night for like a week. Everybody compliments on my skin all the time.

Bumping an old post but I love Arbonne and use them in my practice for European facials, footcials and other body treatments. Their products are vegan, botanically based, free from petroleum, chemical dyes and fragrances.

One great thing is that you do not have to front load product, like you do with most wholesale products and other Direct Sales companies. You may become a business builder BUT you can also just be a wholesaler and take 35% off the top of the retail price. This is really nice because you can order for individual clients as the need arises. No minimums, no inventory, no pressure. Only $29 to become a "consultant" whether you buy for your personal use, wholesale or biz building.

Personally the products are too "heavily scented" for me.

I get headaches rather easily with strong scents, so I guess it would make sense in the future for me to ask if the facilaist uses these products or not. I never thought about that until I read your most recent post E~H. So even though it's not for me, I did get something good from the post.

The facial products are not heavily scented at all. You may have had some of the other product lines that do have more fragrance than those I use for facials. But those particular product lines are formulated for that purpose.

If you're easily headachey - it's probably a good rule of thumb to ALWAYS ask what product people are planning to use on you - Arbonne or not.

I think the products are awful.
No reputable salon or spa would use or sell these products.
It is an MLM.
'nuff said.
