I'd try a mosque in Mindanao.

I think legitimate spa centers in Manila or the Philippines in general cater to any gender not just male or female or lesbian or gays. The only restiction a few spas make is the age thing. Some spas do not allow clients less than 14 years old but then again, there are specialty spas that cater to tweens, teens and children.

If I were you I'g go to a gay disco bar..they have a "GD" sign on the outside. I seen them while vacationing there....Im not gay but from what I know of straigh massage parlors I been you better wear rubber because not a all massage parlor girls do.
