I've just joined the gym... It has a gym/swimming pool/classes etc. But I will not go to classes, the gym is a big enough step.
I used to be a member of a gym years ago, but I was naturally underweight so never took it too seriously.
So I don't know where to start! I'm looking to lose fat & tone up as efficiently as possible :]
I can't afford a personal trainer or anything, I've spent all the money on this lol.
So can anyone give me some tips on where to start? What I should be doing? What will give me the quickest & most effective results without me losing my life to the place? How can I stay motivated?
I'm looking to go 3 times a week to start with + yoga at home twice a week.
I'm 5ft10, 220lbs, size 18UK, I'm looking to lose around 60lbs.
I'm already strict with my diet, I was doing Slimming World but I find it hard to work with so I have gone back to calorie counting (1,200 per day around 90% healthy & good with some treats at weekends)
How long til I see results? Realistically how quickly can I lose the weight? I already lose 1-2lbs per week on a diet alone so will exercise mean I lose more?! :/
