Which MPA should come out of retire, and where?

I gotta stop thinking about the past, because the better MPA of yesterday (a couple of years ago) aren't coming back. But, if you had to pick three MPAs... who are they and where should they work?

My picks are:
1.) Tarah (legend)... back to HFH or a sub-MP like Elite (would pack-em in)
2.) Ivana (from HFH)... back to HFH or try SRM (uptown) or BP (needs help)
3.) Samantha (from AC)... would become a legend at HFH, SRM or Allure.
