Why do you guys do it?

Having read what risks you take to use these "services", I have to ask: Why do you do you it?

Why would someone with a loving willing partner go to trouble of paying for a service that he can get for free from someone who will do anything with no worries attached?

Obviously, I can understand men who don't have a partner, who can't get a partner etc. may feel that this is a way of release. But those of you with a lot to lose -- why?

Probably because most do NOT have a "willing partner" who "will do anything". Too many "sorry I have a headache" for them to be bothered anymore. And for those who do have a truly willing partner who would do anything, one word: "thrill", for the thrill. Like an adrenaline junkie, it is like an addiction.

A man who leaves the house with a loaded gun risks the chance of it going off somewhere else.

That is my guess anyway, but then again what would I know.

My two cents worth. Before making a commitment to be with a partner, be it common-law or married or whatever.

Some live quite a promiscious lifestyle. When that is the case it usually means that exposure to a variety of techniques, willingness to do various things etc have given a person an appitite for a certain level of sexuallity.

Sometimes the partner, cannot, or is not willing to, satisfy those needs/desires.

I must agree with monkeylove too, a huge part is the thrill.

Women often complain that once they are married etc the romance disappears, the flowers stop etc, and sometimes they feel they need it back. Some will try and re-kindle that with their mate others will look elswhere, be it an affair or just a hobby/work whatever. the same lies true with the male, he may need the thrill of the chase, the hightened anticipation of not knowing what is going to happen etc etc. The old saying "familiarity breeds contempt" may also apply.

Not quite sure I understand why "the rest of us" learning would decrease the demand ? Are you speaking from the female perspective here ?You did appear to be passing moral judgement .
Sex is a pretty basic need and men can generally seperate sex from love . Getting a massage is an hassle-free way to obtain a satisfactory substitute when one is needed . Sure you can make it more complicated and debate about all sorts of twists , justifications etc . but in the end it's pretty simple - you are filling a void .

As far as those who have partners, men and women alike feel the urge to stray..for whatever reasons. In my opinion, this is a much less detrimental alternative to a straight "affair", knowing that it's paid by time and, although the memories may last a lifetime, the "act" is finite. In fact, I think it's a more important industry to those with partners than those without.

Why do guys that are attached do it? Well because its there and its a good way for them to relieve stress and have a little fun while it lasts.

Currently I am in a good relationship and have retired from the mp's and SP's. So far it's been 7 months and man, I've been tempted on occasion, but will only do it with the permission of the g/f.

After further review of the play I still think an infraction was made on the part of stymied.IMHO he levied a moral judgement.

We all do this for various reasons.I don't asume I'm more special than anyone else but I have a great marriage when I'm home.But at certain times of the month I just need to get out and get a tug from an allstar.Are you saying thats wrong?
